bbmello said: 5 cm per second when akari and takaki finally meet in the subway station it was pretty emotional and got to me, and at the end when you lose that last shred of hope that maybe they will find eachother, i found it really difficult to let go of that. even the second chapter with kanae had me a bit teary eyed, especially when she said something along the lines of i know he will never look at me, but even still i know i will wake up tomorrow and still love him. sigh, what a beautiful movie, it's been almost a year since i've seen it and i still think about it sometimes. angel beats at the end when you find out that kanade received his heart, that caught me by surprise and it was such a beautiful moment. definitely had me a bit watery eyed at this point clannad afterstory where to begin... when tomoya takes ushio on a trip and she loses her toy in the field, tomoya says he will buy her another one but she says it was the only one, the first thing daddy gave her, i'm getting a little watery eyed just thinking about it while writing this. also when tomoya was telling ushio about nagisa and he starts to cry reminiscing. and when ushio collapses in the snowy street and tomoya tells her they are on the train and going on a trip. there were just so many things in afterstory that really tugged at my heartstrings grave of the fireflies when seita comes back to find setsuko making dumplings out of mud and it is clear her body and mind are deteriorating. and then eventually she dies. this was such a beautiful movie, but it's definitely hard to think about knowing things like that happen every day in third world countries and such. kanon makoto. she was just so cute and she loved yuuichi so much. when she says she wants to get married to him and be with him forever. and she dissapears in the field where he first found her. kowarekake no orgel just the end when you see her little headphones on the flower, i found it amazing how such a short story could get me so attached to the characters. the girl who leapt through time when makoto and chiaki are in the crowded street near the end, and chiaki is somewhere off in the distance talking about how he is sorry they couldn't do the things he promised and reminiscing how he had so much fun and didn't want to leave. and when he is explaining that in one future two people died in a train accident and one girl was so taken over by guilt that he couldn't stand by and not do anything about it. all this while makoto is deperately trying to find him in the crowd voices of a distant star as the time between messages for mikako and noboru gets longer and longer, and just the fact that she never gets to say i love you to him, and the end when they are both speaking to themselves but saying the same words. another short, but absolutely beautiful piece of work. true tears when noe is walking alone singing her adorable roach song, and she says inside shinichiro's heart is hiromi. just the situation, and the background music "ichijin no kaze" such a heartbreaking moment and heartbreaking instrumental to go with it. well that's all i can think of right now, i'm at work and remembering all thse moments and finding the best way to write them here has got me a little teary eyed. sigh :p oh god i found a video of it, great scene from clannad with ushio and tomoya that really hit me hard http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kE38SKRT4ak |

Almost cried/shed a tear at: Azumanga Daioh The graduation K-ON!! When the girls make a break down of what opportunities they have left to perform at school Katekyo Hitman Reborn Seeing Tsuna progress reminds me of me alot, and near the end with the cute moment of Chrome and Dokuro, and Yuni's death. And near the beginning when Gokudera worn himself out training, I was the same when I was his age Deadman Wonderland Seeing Nagi and his wife during the credits as I bawled my eyes out during the manga over these two Bawled my eyes out at: Angel Beats The graduation and Otonashi's story Grave of the Fireflies The whole thing! Especially the end Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora I dont remember it well but The relationship between those two! Its was really sweet especially in the state they were considering health |

Clannad When Nagisa dies and in the last ep when Ushio is dying. Kanon 2006 When Makoto dies and when Ayu says to forget about her. Angel Beats When Kanade disappears with Otanashi never to see her again (this was the most I ever cried for anime), but if you watch past the credits the reincarnated thems meet. That helped stop the tears |

I'm not really a big crybaby, but I have cried over the end Cowboy Bebop and almost the whole thing of Full Moon o Sagashite. |

Clannad After Story was the worst by far, it had me in tears every other episode. By the end of it I was curled up under a blanket with a box of tissues just sobbing haha! I won't point out anything in particular- those who've seen it know what I'm talking about. I cried at the end of Angel Beats too, but that was more bittersweet than actually sad... |

Tsubasa Chronicle, Season 2, and OVAS Scenes that made me cry: The episode with Kurogane's past - His father and mother being killed, and seeing Syaoran crying. C!Syaoran stabbing C!Sakura with his sword. C!Sakura disappearing as she was confessing her love to C!Syaoran. Clannad: After Story Nagisa dying, and Ushio's death. Also when Tomoyo was talking about Nagisa to Ushio and started crying. AnoHana: I think every episode almost made me cry. .__. But the times I actually got teary was when Menma gave each of them their "I love you" messages, reading Jinta's was what set me off. When Yukiatsu was upset about not seeing Menma and was saying how "She doesn't exist anywhere anymore" whilst Menma (her ghost) was stood infront of him, telling him "I'm right here" Basically for Jinta, whenever he made any talk about him not wanting Menma to go to Heaven, but to stay with him, I got teary.. and I did a bit when he announced that he loves her. T__T ----------------- I've almost cried at: Usagi Drop the first episode when Rin-chan collected those special flowers for her dad, and going to Daikichi for comfort. Ef: a tale of melodies / memories. Death note. I don't remember crying at any others out of sadness. |

I've cried while watching Kanon (2006). I've cried while watching Ao No Exorcist. I've cried while watching AnoHana. I've cried while watching FMA. I've cried while watching FMA: Brotherhood. I've cried while watching Death Note. I don't even remember what I cry about because I cry so much. I EVEN CRIED IN SCHOOL WHEN I WATCHED FAIRY TAIL, THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME! Omfg, I'm a mess. :3 Although... I never cry while watching a sad movie, reading a sad book, listening to a sad song, I never cry when I hurt myself and I never cry when someone's mean. O_o |

I only cried during some of the first few animes I saw, but other than these, never. Clannad After Story: Episode 16 and on. Nagisa's death, everything with Ushio, Ushio's death, and Nagisa "coming back to life". I kinda' teared up with the girl/robot scenes in that other world; I don't know why...? Yu Yu Hakusho: The World Tournament towards the end. Everyone was having epic battles and emotional moments; it was too much for me. Genkai's supposed death got me really badly. Also, when Yusuke was talking to Koenma after the Tournament and was officially fired and everything and they were just chit-chatting, that made me cry because I knew the series was ending. Death Note: L's death. He was my favourite character ever. Fullmetal Alchemist: Hughes's death and the end of the show. I teared up at Nina's death. Actually, most of the show seemed to hit me emotionally. I didn't cry here, but there was a close moment: Code Geass: Lelouch's death. I liked him, then hated him, and then felt bad for hating him after everything he'd done. Honestly, Shirley's death didn't make me come even close to tears. Sure, it was sad; I pitied her, but I don't see it as worth crying over. Sorry. |

I'm not sure if I can remember all the times I've cried while watching anime...... I cried during: Death Note Angel Beats (I cried halfway through the series, and laughed my ass off during the other half) Air/ Air: movie (the ending had me bawling) Clannad (is there anyone that DIDN'T cry through out the entire series?) Full Moon o Sagashite (I cried for Takuto for a week......) Haibane Renmei Kaleido Star (idk y but I got very emotional about that anime and found myself cheering sora on and got really sad when things went bad....) Naruto/naruto Shippuuden FMA Lovely Complex (I cried out of frustration more than anything, i mean really, for those who've seen it you know what I mean, right?) ToraDora Kodomo no Omocha/ Childs Toy (poor sana......) Romeo X Juliet (well, it's Romeo and Juliet, just anime version, and with a much more dramatic ending...) S-cry-ed (I don't remember much about the series but I remember bawling my eyes out at the end) Shigofumi (I didn't cry that much really, but it kind of got to me) Grave of the Fireflies (There were still tears rolling down my cheeks an hour after the movie ended.......) I get really over-emotional when it comes to anime............... Yavanna said: I don't even remember what I cry about because I cry so much. O_o Don't worry, I'm like that too >_< Seriously, I don't even understand it!! I could be bleeding and not shed a single tear but then someone gets rejected in a romance anime and I'm immediately in tears........I don't even cry when things go bad in my own love life!!! well, not often anyway :) I don't get it. |

I guess im prone to let tears fall down, especially in shows like Clannad and AIR. Though for some bizarre reason there was a lot more when playing Muv-Luv Alternative....maybe because all the emotional scenes were when i was still playing at 3 o'clock AM and i started playing at 8 PM.... |

The recent episode of One Piece when Garp comes back to Luffys hometown and Dadan beats him cause he didnt help save Ace was one episode that instantly comes to mind but basically the last couple arcs have had some real tear jerkers. Anytime one of the protagonist dies in Naruto is usually well executed to me and the episodes that follow when the people closest to them reflect on that person dying is typically even more tragic |
