I love the physical comedy in this show. It's been a blast so far and tbh is kinda motivating. It's weirdly wholesome how they review a workout at the end. I feel like I can't go an episode without doing some kind of workout.

Golden Time is a myth that's already been busted and BCAAs are useless, but everything else was spot on. I personally always stretch after my workouts, but if I've been too inactive during the day I'll do a very quick dynamic stretches.

It might be too late, but I forgot to mention that we usually do run for like a miles and other muscle training before we start stretching. Its like around 15~30 minutes of vigorous exercise, and then stretch before we actually go into training (Kicking and stuff). Its true (more than dozen of people with more than 10~20 years of experience agree on it) that after stretching the flexibility of our body increase to a noticeable level; hence, we insist on stretching.


Its actualy true in most fighting training , since they are fast , you need stretching , thats why most ppls that fight have quite a thin yet strong body , while fan of muscle things have realy big muscles , stretching reduce the size of the muscles , increase its reactivity and theres some ppls doing dynamic stretches as well as the muscle training , but idk how it work , but its quite usefull when you do some martial art that requiere high mobility/strengh

They really did everything BESIDES swim at the pool ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ Anyway I’m surprised that they cover so much stuff in this anime. They gotta go over cardio now if they really want Sakura to burn her fat…
