Yes, sadly, I've had fruits basket, bleach, and naruto ruined in various amounts.

oh and Basilisk's ending.

so basically the worst spoilers I've ever faced, and the sources were some Youtube video's titles and Wikipedia mostly.

but sometimes spoilers can be of some help, encouraging to watch the show or read the manga.
