Which Asian country makes the best food?

Anyways it was really hard for me to pick since I'm from a very diverse place which I eat all sorts of Asian food but I chose Chinese.

Favorite foods:
Chinese: Black bean (could be noodle, lobster, beef, etc.), seafood tofu soup, seafood fried rice, dimsum, lukfun, mandu, toizhan style tofu, etc.
Japanese: Unagi, Kitsune/Kake Udon, Sukiyaki Udon, Teriyaki chicken, furikake (topping), some musubis, miso soup, oden soup, sushi (kinda not really), soba, hoki, chicken katsu, etc.
Korean: KOREAN BBQ=BEST ASIAN MEAT OUT THERE (IMO), Kimchi fried rice, sorantang, miyokoup (can't spell), dokboki, umm don't know what it's called but people in my place call it chicken soup (has chicken in it), korean chicken, etc.
Vietnam: PHO PHO PHO PHO!!!! CAN EAT EVERYDAY!!! FRIED SPRING ROLL!!! CAN ALSO EAT EVERDAY!!
Other: Hawaiian cuisines: meatjun (made by Korean immigrants so they don't have in Korea), Poke (best shit out there), ahi poke, SPAM MUSUBI (CHEE PONO), Portuguese sausage (made by Portuguese immigrants but not available in Portugal), Saimin (this is ono), Huli Huli chicken, garlic shrimp, loco moco, malasadas (another Portuguese immigrant dish), and shave ice (though it's a dessert, I can eat this for dinner or lunch).

Obv Hispanic Asian food like Philippine Delicacy since its really good
They can cook Adobar with soy sauce, make something sour edible, sweets that are not so sweet like Cucchinta and Leche Flan, can make Paella, and they have a delicacy called Puto

Vietnamese cuisine is really good.

Bánh mì and Pho is really good.

Sushi and ramen is overrated.

I also like Thai and Indian cuisine as well.

I've only tried Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Indian so far ...

From what I remember, it was similar to Thai, but I have just had Thai more often. Southern Asia is by far the best region though.
