| I really only started when I was around 13~14. Although if you put it the fact I watched unknowingly, since when I was a child I did watch series I did not consider anime just because I didn't know... then much younger. Edit: 4~5 Years |

| Now that I think about it, I suppose it's been over a decade since I started watching Pokemon when it first came out, and that's probably the first anime I watched with the understanding that what I was watching was anime. Am I old? |
| I've been watching anime since the first season of Pokémon was airing in the U.S. I'm only counting that since that wasn't the only anime I was watching at the time. I was also into Dragonball Z, Sailor Moon, and CardCaptor Sakura (called Cardcaptors in the U.S.). So yeah, I've been watching anime for quite some time...about 12 years, now that I think about it. |

| Weeeell, I've been watching anime for about 10 years now, but for the first 9 1/4 I didn't know it was anime, so I have no clue if you could count that. I was watching Pokemon and Hamtaro then, but I started watching anime on Youtube a year and a half ago, and I KNEW it was anime. |
