I love Project No. 9 I really hope they return for this. No other studio is gonna do this right, Project No. 9 does the best romcoms and they should honestly just make that their focus.

Since they are doing Tomozaki S2 we know they are open to sequels.

I really thought they would stop at the confession and be done with it. Let's see how the reception will be because this is basically uncharted waters. I can't think of any other anime focusing a season entirely on lovers day-to-day love life.

Having read the LN I absolutely didn't expect this to be adapted any further. After Project no. 9 rushed the adaptation all the way to volume 4 and literally deleted 2 light novel characters from the sports festival arc, I had absolutely no confidence this would be followed up on.

Anyways, prepare your insulin. If season one was sweet, this is gonna be the equivalent of throwing a jar of honey, a bag of sugar and a bottle of caramel into a blender.
