Plus, it will include a scene for Detective Conan Movie 26: Kurogane no Submarine as well. Typical TMS's move for money I guess? hahaha |
| Good episode to start the year off. Haibara boldly claiming this year for herself (reference to movie 26 coming out this year) and the Wild Police Story group backstage. If anyone should be arguing about not getting their own episode it should be Genta. Not sure how that would go though. I liked this somewhat Sherlock Holmes based case. Plus, the Detective Boys did more sleuthing this time. Wish we could've seen that guy's glasses break on impact though. あけおめ、みんな。今日の名探偵コナン、少年探偵団は珍しく役に立った。 光彦の探偵ノートか。歩美の絵日記事件簿みたいね。でも、元太の出番はいつかなあ。 |

| @zenman437 If you're talking about Mitsuhiko's notebook at the end, they might plan to do more anime original episodes in the future over those cases. Kind of like how they started doing some cases based mostly on Ayumi's point of view in previous episodes which you'll find later on in the anime. |

| Didn't know Mitsuhiko was a fan of Sherlock Holmes too... The case itself was very standad and yes... the Detective Boys *sigh* Best aspect of this episode was (as usual when it comes to the DB) that Haibara was in it. This was my favorite scene of the entire episode, so wholesome ♥  |

| Okay I'll admit it: the visual of Ayumi happily skipping along with her pizza box while the silhouetted culprit snuck up behind her was absolutely hilarious. Unintentionally I suspect, but that got me good. That aside yet ANOTHER filler case involving stolen jewels huh? I dunno that the lady failing to flatten her pizza box immediately would've tipped me off. Where I live most people never do it that fast, but maybe it's a cultural difference. Lastly, so this is the first in a brand new filler type: Mitsuhiko's Detective Notes. Okay, let's keep it going! |
