It’s a fairly simple contest, basically I’ve picked a number between 1 – 200, first one to post the correct number wins!!! To keep it fair, I’ve provided the club officers DemonLight & Fabrice with the number ahead of time, they can attest to the accuracy of the number... There are only two rules that must be met in order to qualify to enter this contest, but they will be strictly enforced: ►You cannot repost with another number until 20 other people have posted after you... ►The series must have been added to your completed Anime-List prior to the posting of this contest, and it must have scored an 8 or greater, so as to make sure my set goes to a real fan of the series. Keep in mind the DVD's in this set are encoded for Region 1... so be sure you have a way of playing those where you currently reside before entering the contest. If no one has guessed the correct number by Friday, Jan 22, 2010 @ 11:59 pm est, then I will close the contest and award the set to the closest guess that is lower than the actual correct number. Winning contestant must be able to provide me with an accurate mailing address, so that the prize can be sent via USPS to them. *Why am I doing this??? I recently upgraded my Air Complete Set + Movie to the 2007 individual ADV Films DVD’s with the Art-Box .. so this 2009 FUNimation set + Movie are just sitting around collecting dust and I’d rather give them to a fan who will get some use out of ‘em and love them like I do. | Hey everyone :-) thanks for all the posts so far, it's great to see the activity & interest in the contest... so keep it coming and spread the word! after some consideration and discussion, it's been decided to make a small amendment to the first rule regarding re-posting. The original thought was that one could repost with another number after 5 other people had posted after them... The new thought is that this may be too soon and may inhibit others from being able to fairly take part in the contest, so the amendment is this: ►You cannot repost with another number until 20 other people have posted after you... any reposts prior to now will stand, but from this point forward, please wait until at least 20 others have posted after you before posting a new number. No one as hit the number yet, so please tell your friends and let's keep this contest going to find a new loving home for my Air DVD's :-) |
