| This looks like the gods realm fight between the demons army and angels of Heavenly Alliance. The bat demon king ordered his subordinates to infiltrate and attack the mortal realm in the previous episodes where An Lin and his team were involved in the big fight at purple star island. Tianyu is a banished half human half angel who lives within the painting in exile it seems. She tries to ascend into a god using the painting artifact but she fails and is left behind by the heavenly alliance emperor and demon bat king. I wonder what importance the war between heavenly alliance and demons has on this story. |
