| ^^ 2016 ahh... the year before shit really hit the fan for me. Began the year in my spring semester of my first year of college, and spent the second half of the year as a sophomore. I was still spending a lot of time on Tumblr back then. I was obsessed with Marvel, particularly Ant-man as I had a huge crush on Paul Rudd. Once my sophomore year began, I developed a massive, inappropriate crush on one of my professors and started spending a lot of time with him in office hours. (No, nothing actually happened, he remained... mostly professional) It didn't help that I was going through one of my first manic episodes, too, that fall. I was not yet diagnosed with bipolar disorder or medicated at all, that would come the following year... ^ was ninja'd cause I was typing for too long. 2024 wasn't the greatest year for me... I had probably the worst manic episode of my life, to a point I experienced full-blown psychosis. I ended up unemployed for a while as a result but managed to get a job again in the latter half of the year. 1999 |

| I sadly have no answer for 1999. I will therefore try the year above (2024) ----------- 2024 Last year? I'm ngl, this was a semi quiet year for me. I had to isolate due to health problems which piled up. When I was a little more free and no longer had to isolate, I booked a meetup with friends to my favorite pasta spot. It was nice to see all my friends some of which I could only talk to via calls and/or whatsapp. It was a good wake up call that we need to take health seriously. Also my friends tried to drag me out to a rollerblading disco. I'm ngl, I didn't even know these rollerblades are different to regular rollerblade shoes. They have like "wheels on inside and outside edged corners" vs a rollerblade skates is just a straight line of wheels The reason I bring this up is because I tried rollerblading backwards and failed miserably. -------------- 2023 |

2017 I went out to a "Light" display which is carried out in Winter (Nov-January). It was so freezing cold. I've never felt more uncomfortable wearing Converses as my shoes for walking around the city. I also didn't anticipate how cold it would be. I learnt my lesson that I should for the future wear gloves and a thicker coat. I would later on go on to buy handwarmers too. A handwarmer in the gloves is really nice.2017 |

Me and my friends went out to this place that offered a Krispy Kreme for buns burger and a lobster tailed burger. | bought Guitar Hero Live for 30 € instead of 100 (launch prize two years before) and even if i wasn't against the different buttons setup or the stage live action footage reacting to the ongoing gameplay, it clearly wasn't as enjoyable as the previous installments of the series, especially for the overly "modern audience" soundtrack. Seriously, i turned the audio off for some of the most unsufferable bands / singers. And Guitar Hero TV with more old style better songs was handled sooooo poorly. At some point in 2018, i sold both game and guitar-shaped controller at a second-hand store. 2011 |

2017 2017 again huh? HmmmI was out with peers of mine and we were drinking some alcohol. Me and my male peers were have beers. One of my friends was like "You should loosen up a little Danz, it's a night out." He tapped the top of the bottle neck of my glass beer bottle with the bottom of his beer bottle. I was pretty inexperienced with these kinds of situations. I never knew it was a "prank" that people pulled. I won't get into the science of it since it's pretty long winded, but essentially the beer/liquid overflows and especially a carbonated drink or something like beer, it means that I had to drink pronto or else it would overflow. I was none the wiser, and just turned away and went back to listening to what a friend was saying, and yeah the beer overflowed out of the bottle and was all over my hand, some got on my sleeve. The person who had done it was like "oh god, im so sorry. I thought you knew about this trick" He quickly grabbed some napkinds to help me clean up the mess. He was then saying "yeah I thought most people knew about this trick, and so when I did it, it was to make you chug the beer. When you turned away and looked like you didn't know what was going on, I was like oh god no." ------------------ 2018 |

2019 Edit: hmmm, Ninja'd. 2015 This was the first time I had ramen at a restaurant. I don't have a picture of the ramen I had sorry. It was a chicken broth ramen with pulled chicken iirc. It also had some of the "standard" stuff like a soft boiled egg, spring onions, shiitake mushrooms, nori seaweed.But yeah, prior to that, I always had some misconception/naive thinking "why would I ever have ramen at a ramen bar or restaurant? Isn't it just going to be MSG filled or... there's instant ramen at home." Yeah, I found out there's a pretty notable different in texture and quality of the noodles and broth. 2013 My introduction to board games outside of Monopoly and Scrabble. My cousins introduced me to a baord game named Kings of Tokyo. It's a pretty chill and fun PvP game. 2017 I went to the cinemas for the first time on my own. I went to go see American Assassin. I was a little nervous about going to the cinemas on my own "am I gonna look awkward and weird?" But I quickly settled into it after I sat down in my seat. Going to the movies alone is something I can now do non-chalantly. I arguably prefer it since it allows for spontaneity whereas previously I'd have to message friends and be like "you up for watching..." "nah im busy" "sorry not interested" "who else is going?" This now means I just go and waltz in and watch whatever I like semi freely and see any movie I like where my tastes might not match my friends. ----------------- 2018 |
