Learn to enjoy things for what they are. As soon as I realized that this is not a show that I must watch expecting deep storytelling or anything I started absolutely loving it. I expect action and animation from it and that's what I am getting. Some of the best. Hence, I have an absolute blast watching it every week.

@Nik03178 It doesn't justify the bad writing of the show, no one should expect a deep story, etc... but having read the manhwa I can assure you that Solo Leveling fails even in the things it presents, the story is full of inconsistencies and plot holes, despite being a banal story, the characters that are so advertised don't even find a minimum of characterization or depth (some are not even shown), and then the fights, a show based on fights doesn't even explain well the power dynamics or the various abilities that characterize each character... how can you love this show if it doesn't even respect what it shows? Record of Ragnarok does it a thousand times better (I'm talking about the manga)

they have no idea what "good" means.
tl;dr it's because they have no comparison so they think everything is good.

So bro is all caught up just to hate on the show. If you don’t like it you should’ve just dropped it back in season 1 but instead continued watching when the next season came out for what reason???

@AFlowers00 In hopes that it gets better? Maybe out of boredom? Because it's popular and therefore a topic of discussion? Because he's watching it with other people? Because he just doesn't like leaving things halfway and when he starts something he wants to finish it? You have a lot of reasons why one can continue a show even if it sucks, but the fact that you cover it up with "you don't like it" and ignore the criticism makes me feel like you're just another fanboy who can't accept that this show is mid.

I'm also a bit surprised this anime has got high rating on MAL.

Many anime fans complain about isekai cliches and now many anime fans get excited about anime that only has isekai cliches.

My perception is... :D

Although I've already gotten used to how anime fandom works. Some cool fights (too computer-like in my opinion), battle shonen genre and high rating at the end.
