Way to wear a plain old shirt for a date. But she's really out here going on a date to disappoint him? Cheers to turning her plan against her, he did ask her put after all even knowing her map deal. Why would he get bored doing a walking tour with her?

He's happy enough with the small things. Even if she's walking ahead on her own and he's trying to keep up. Her fascination with running water is something else tho.

Kiss, Kiss W. Screw the self rejection phase, they're into it. Regardless of what they say.

Finding zen mode with the rocks tho XD

I despised this episode. Honjoji's treatment of Ohara is disgusting throughout this whole episode. She creates this date as a way to essentially make him become disinterested in her so she can "stop her feelings". I don't know about how anyone else feels about this, but this is HORRIBLE writing. All this does is put Ohara in a state of neglect all throughout this episode and then tries to turn it around by adding a forced and unearned kiss scene.

Here's why the kiss doesn't work:

1. The anime reset the romantic development of the two of them in the 5th episode with a stupid misunderstanding on Honjoji's side

2. They do nothing in this episode that would even suggest that thete is any chemistry between them

3. The kiss serves as a way to shock the viewer into thinking that the relationship is progressing. It isn't. By adding this kiss in, they skip any nuance that makes a developing romance or a kiss scene so impactful.

I know I shouldn't be this descriptive for an episode on a silly RomCom but I am tired of seeing people call this anime peak when it is anything but.

This just gets better. Despite Rika's insistence of shutting her emotions off to ward off the love and marriage stuff, she still asks Takuya out for a date with her. Romance is still much alive for both.

I've been mentally checked-out the last few episodes, but this episode had me giggling.

It wasn't even the kiss, but everything around it. The "I will do nothing" date was weirdly entertaining. Loved how they showed her freak-out back home and their routine interactions at work constantly getting interrupted by that big moment.

Don't think it was worth slogging through the previous episodes, but I think I'll be able to finish this show.

I'd never expect them to kiss this early. I guess anime flies fast.

Overall I enjoyed it. Put a smile on my face, like the mood the scenery is all perfect for a kiss and they both took it. Such a pure couple!

Also this unknown snitch is something I still have no idea who tf is this person is but I don't get why he/she keeps prying on others. Like f— off and let them be.

I absolutely loved this episode. I'd love to see more cute dates between them. Honjouji's reaction :D

If I was that into maps, I wouldn't be smearing them with pencil marks...
But when it comes to Rika, let's assume she has two more like what she brought with her to the date. Lol
I'm glad this isn't one of those romance anime where there's never a kiss!
I accidentally saw a spoiler about said moment but it was still nice to see it happen in the episode.
I hope the lie doesn't get ruined in the next one.

So, it happened, and there appears to be a point of no return. Though, these two are still too tense to realize it. Funny stuff.

@ChaosV11 Thank you. I have Avoidant Personality Disorder. I am quite socially awkward and often end up saying things I don't mean by accident. Even I understand that when someone is asking you an important question and you don't know what to say, the best answer is to simply vocalize your thoughts. Not to sit there in silence for 30 minutes and then refuse to speak to the person for days at a time.

The point where they tried to make you sympathize with her essentially admitting that she ghosted every single guy that ever showed her interest until they finally gave up made me so angry. Like yeah, Takuya's a coward. But at least he's consistently tried to be considerate towards her. At least he makes some attempt to say how he feels. She just sits there waiting for him to read her mind, refuses to say what she thinks, and when she breaks it off for the umpteenth time she's thinking, "But why won't you fight for me?"

This is the kind of shit that makes immature women infuriating. Stop with the bullshit tests. Tell me how you feel. If it's complicated, tell me 20 different times until you get it all out. I am not a freaking psychic.

Honjoji is a massive cunt, and I high-key hate her guts at this point. It angers me that they'll most likely end up together.

@Darkdaxter was not expecting a response to this comment if I'm being so honest, but I'm all for it. I'm glad thst someone else agrees with me about how fake this anime is and how it teaches toxicity as a staple for relationships.

Ohara is a coward, but he still tries, you're right. Honjoji is an AI script who doesn't know how to deal with emotions so she tries to let them die. I really cannot believe that this anime tried to make viewers love a kiss scene that served no purpose.

Once again, thank you for your response and I'll see you around.
