| I won't be surprised if Momonga really did expect something like that to happen I mean he knows the existence of adamantite adventurers and razing village after village and letting some people escape would only mean the next one would be more ready for the attack. It just makes sense to me. |

| Did they skip something here? Felt like they just skipped to the war already in progress. When did it begin? Why were we not shown their invasion? Why are we meeting with Nigredo? Why is there shitty Japanese work culture in this fantasy world? The Death Knight vs the adventurers fight had way more tension in the LN. The scene in the anime could definitely be improved to portray more seriousness and danger. Also, not liking the exposition from newly introduced, insignificant characters. |
