| Ultimatia was shaken by Ragna moving in her stopped time and so was I. Also, with Golem having a different body in the previous timeline/flashback it's made me realize that Crimson has a shapeshifting theme going on here with them and their creations. Pretty neat. |

| Rewatching this show right now, and this episode is pretty much a good example of why I love Ragna as a MC. We are used to seeing battles with overpowered MC's, but the fact that Ragna is OP but still not unbeatable is what makes the combat so fun. When he goes all out you get that "hell yeah" moment, but at the same time you know that he isn't some immortal Isekai character that can never lose or die. The combat isn't toned down shite you get in other shows as well. It's like that Superman Man of Steel movie where you first time saw Superman go all out. This show might not be perfect, but I've never seen an anime that gets the feeling of overpowered MC like this just right. Realistically, I would give this show 7/10, but rated it 10/10 just to counter low ratings a bit at my end. Too bad the show gets dragged down later on when silverware princess shows up. |
