| bruh they gave the Jogo vs Sukuna fight way more recognition than it deserved. The Sakuga this episode was off the charts!!! Mappa rly be draining their animators hard. Sukuna = Mappa Studio Jogo = Animators  |

| Touji Vs Megumi scene was really good, they really set the atmosphere up well for Touji just being this jacked up superhuman T1000 killing machine hunting Megumi down, and Megumi only chance of survival was an all in. Touji clicking that Megumi was in front of him and stopping himself from killing him by sacrificing himself was tragic. Wish more lines could of been spoken between Touji and Megumi but i think that flashback of Touji selling Megumi to the Zenin clan, half for money and half cus he actually cared about him and knew he'd be raised better with them then with him speaks for itself. Dude had the love in him just not the ability to express it, his sacrifice really felt like an action that speaks a thousand words. I guess this time he could also die some what more peacefully, knowing in his final moments that Megumi is alive, not in the Zenin clan and living for himself, thus his decision wasn't a total blunder as a parent. Holy shit i did not think Jougo Vs Sukuna would slap so hard. Always assumed Jougo was strong, but i guess since only seeing him occasionally fight and all times not really winning i underestimated him, him being noted as both "stronger then Dagon" and "the equivalent to 8-9 of Sukuna's fingers" were also feats in itself that i was shocked at. Visually the fight was fucking wild, really showed off how destructive Special grade v Special grade curses are with raw fire power. The conclusion was bitter sweet, Jougo saying farewell to his comrades knowing it's probably over for him, and reciting his dream / goal which overall i always saw as an interesting concept that humanised the curses more and something i did like. Sukuna on the other end dropping his 2 cents on Jougo's goals but also praising him for his efforts in the fight was nice, showed that Sukuna could also recognise one's dreams and acknowledge their strength. |

Cutting off that much detail is strange and makes the whole transition from the fight against the Octupus special-grade and this one very abrupt. The return of Sukuna in the manga was more intense and powerful, but this whole episode flopped in that regard. |

@Icebreaker93 you would think watching 1k anime series would make a person have more of a wise opinion about animation, but i guess it actualy just fry their brain xD

| Ah yes the part where it was so fire that i manage to shed a tears, under the crisp, especially from Jogo whose barbecue the previous bunches, and now getting barbecued back by the king. But this is not the end yet. The fire. The best part still keep rolling, and hopefully mappa can keep it up, till the end.... Also, almost forgot to mention, that they really don't want Toji fighting Sukuna there. Goat log off very fast to avoid any early fight of the century. Or so that's what most people desire. Dat Itadori face in the ed tho, too much gloom and darkness. Reminds me the first op... |

| This show pumps banger after banger out every week. I can't believe how good the animation, art, and choreography are this season. Jogo vs Sukuna is insane. Can't say much else other than that this show blows me away every week. |

| just wanna say fuck Mappa , bless the animators /staff working with what they can to give us such well done fights while being put under so much pressure for time this and the choso fight are the two that ive chimed into see after hearing how good they are i really don't know if this will be the peak of them cooking but there's still some big parts left to see i know they extended TOJI from the ground up but it's just cannon now lol ive deleted whatever happened in the manga from my brain |

| Just when I thought we'd hit the peak moment of animation for the episode with Toji's finger blasting technique hitting a bunch of bunnies with debris here comes Sukuna dribbling Togo left and right through what I can only describe as a "lava-surfing" scenario. Seriously, some of those shots were awesome so I'm eager to watch them again now as they hit and everyone around them jsut stands there in pure fear. But the fight's not done yet, not at all. |

| What a phenomenal episode. The fights between megumi vs toji and sukuna vs jogo both were nuts. The staff seriously cooked in this episode. I really hope we can get more top quality episodes like this one going forward but I'm worried about their work schedule. |

First 5/5 Shibuya episode and the best one in this season so far for me; even better than the Gojo vs Toji episodes. Can we get consistently high quality S2 episodes from now on please? And it looks like JJK joined the party of battle shonen with a meteor scene.
Only gripe is I don't like this episode's lack of uniformity from the season's general art style, but it is what it is with different directors and key animators and their unique styles. Whoever did this EP stood proud and cooked.

| The shocked face Toji made when he recognized Megumi was something else, but what hit me the most was the smile he had when he discovered that he kept his mom's last name. Jogo has zero chance against Sukuna but the fight was incredible anyway. |
