| I usually have a problem with bad things and feelings staying, refirering on and on and the good things and memories disappearing faster and when i dont want them to too or being more difficult to recall or feel as real inside my head. And like the recall of bad things/moment/faces/their voice or whatever will repeat inside my head without me wanting to making me feel more bad things but yesterday i decided to try intentionally to repeat a face and good moment i experienced that day towards me inside my head while i could still remember their face so that good feeling would keep repeating itself and hold the other stuff at bay hopefully and it worked really well and i was able to remember it and the good feeling refired continually like it usually does the bad way. Its already not at strong the memory moment but ill keep trying to repeat it as long as i can to feel better and not have bad things repeat unintentionally instead. π€£ Im le normal. But what works works *shrugs* |

 Recently started a new art project after two weeks of busy chaos. I'm also going to design my own ugly christmas sweater. I mean, it might be an absolute disaster but that's the point! In a really weird twist of events, people keep randomly giving me money and not taking no thank you as a response. |
