Not everyone has time to exercise and have a healthy diet, it's difficult to reconcile hours and hours of work with a healthy routine, in your breaks you'll eat something fast and on your days off you'll rest.
And most cases of obesity are not because people love being unhealthily fat, they are because of problems involving hormonal changes in the thyroid gland and attempts to stifle some trauma with the pleasure of eating... So it is difficult to cure them.

@Absurdo_N What a load of bollocks. It's funny how there were hardly any fat people in the 1960s and now they're everywhere. Have people's thyroid glands changed in 60 years? Are people today more traumatised than a generation who had lived through at least one world war?

Body positivity is a classic "don't blame me for my inability to act like an adult" card.

Having said that...There is a lot of shit added to food - especially in the USA where basically anything is allowed that isn't literally toxic - which does make you fat very easily. So, you know, don't eat that shit.
