| I'm talking specifically about the final scene where Sawakita is abroad in America and it's revealed that Miyagi is on the opposing team/also in America. It's not bad, but it did throw me off a little bit just because I think it'd make more sense for Rukawa to be there instead of Miyagi (even despite Miyagi being the focus of this movie and the movie not going into Rukawa's story). |

| The whole aftermath of the game fell completely flat for me. Wasn't super conclusive, especially with Hanamichi and the others besides Miyagi, and just needed more. Wasn't a fan of the Miyagi-added content in this movie and I love the character, so I don't know, it wasn't for me. |
