As of now Rin is my favourite character. Dude was competing with the likes of chigiri nagi barou and isagi and still managing to get the upper hand. Later Isagi started to catch up but still Rin is my favourite character for now.

However that tan dude who kunigami lost to has been on my mind since he was introduced. Dude has different vibes.

my top 5 would have to be...

1) Isagi (he consistently exceeds my expectations as a MC and the "devouring" playstyle)

2) Nagi (I always loved the sleepy/genius archetype, and when he gets sassy it's hilarious)

3) Bachira (the dribbling got me so hype every time, and his funny personality takes over every scene)

4) Gagamaru (his "not yet" save vs team Z was the coldest moment in this season for me)

1. Bachira - love his dribbling playstyle and his eccentric/quirky personality
2. Kunigami - the nicest character and has a "big bro" vibe, someone you can count on
3. Nagi - prob would be my favorite if I wasn't so biased against genius/lazy characters, but his traps and goals are always fun to watch and his trashtalking is hilarious (though he really needs to learn to shut up and not taunt his opponents during a match)
4. Chigiri - pretty boy and his first goal was one of my favorite moments in the first season, also like how he protected Isagi from Shidou
5. Isagi - eh didn't know who else to put here lol, but his puzzles and how he becomes an entirely different person on/off the field is fun

Honorable mention to Zantetsu, Gagamaru, and Iemon if they appeared more

1. shidou - his moment when he almost started a fight was badass af
2. isagi - hes just a great character no explanation needed
3. rin - i loved when he spoke english it was so funny
4. barou - badass af but kinda fell off near the last couple episodes
5. ego - such an interesting character and if it wasnt for his vision and mindset the show wouldnt be as good whatsoever, massively underrated and sick design
