I think NTR is an eventuality and necessary evil. It's an eventuality due to Rule 34 (If it exist, there is porn of it). It's a necessary evil to placate the more aggressive men in our world; watching something bad/evil is not the same as doing bad/evil acts.

Like someone said earlier, self-insert. I'd rather someone self-insert themselves in the role through fiction, rather than participate/act the role in real life.

No, personally I wish it didn't exist. But, I recognize why it's created.
