'Jijou wo Shiranai Tenkousei ga Guigui Kuru.' Unveils Additional Cast, Staff, First Promo, Spring 2023 Premiere
 The official website of the Jijou wo Shiranai Tenkousei ga Guigui Kuru. (My Clueless First Friend) television anime unveiled an additional cast, staff, and the first promo on Thursday. The anime is set to air in April 2023 on Tokyo MX, TV Aichi, BS Fuji, and Animax.Cast Daichi Hino: Kengo Kawanishi (Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai) Umi Adachi: Reina Kondou (Horimiya) Yukiko Takada: Atsumi Tanezaki (Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai) Staff Assistant Director: Taiji Kawanishi (Adachi to Shimamura episode director) Art Director: Jiafang Lu (Lycoris Recoil background art) Color Design: Kouta Yanai Director of Photography: Tetsuya Kawada (Cyberpunk: Edgerunners) Editing: Keisuke Yanagi (Jujutsu Kaisen) Sound Director: Noboru Haraguchi (Tokyo Ghoul) Shigenori Kageyama (Queen's Blade: Rebellion) is directing the television anime at Studio Signpost. Takafumi Hoshikawa (Candy Boy: Nonchalant Talk of the Certain Twin Sisters in Daily Life director) and Shougo Yasukawa (Ayakashi Triangle) are handling the series composition. Chikashi Kadekaru (Mieruko-chan) is designing the characters, and Toshio Masuda (Kamisama Hajimemashita) is composing the music. The anime adapts Taku Kawamura's comedy manga, which began serializing in Gangan Joker in May 2018. Square Enix shipped the 13th volume in November 2022. Square Enix Manga & Books licensed the manga in English in July 2022 and will release the first volume on March 7. Square Enix also digitally publishes the manga on the Manga UP! app and website.
