Looking for a manga about fairies/fairy hunters

Hello! I'm trying to find a manga I read a few years back. I remember the premise was based around fairies whose wings had magic abilities, and who could share "scales" or bits of their wings for people to use. There's a short, effeminate male MC that's a fairy hunter, and another male MC whose appearance I don't remember but if I recall protected fairies being hunted. If anyone knows the series please help! Thanks
