Personally I think that both series have a distinct difference between each other. Nagatoro is better at having an actual progressing plot, while Takagi has it in the fact that there is a manga that takes place when both her and Nishikata are already married and have a child, so it doesn't feel like Takagi needs to progress since it's already known that they end up with each other.
