They take the shape of the thing am individual's entire being desires and can't resist its allure. Its effect is so unbelievably strong because it was tailored to your deepest thoughts and desires down to pure perfection. And it's so strong because it's actually very authentic and genuine. It doesn't really need to always be a magic arrow to the heart. He does repeat his poses constantly, but his art just suffers from same-face syndrome. It's not all that uncommon. Some artists just don't know how to draw different face types. And yet, Takeuchi remains to be one of the best designers in this game by a longshot. So between extremely good designs like Solomon, Tamamo, the Valkyries, Lakshmibai, so on and on, his sin of repeating poses is all too forgivable. |
