The thing is that you need to have a casus belli to start a war. If you want to conquer their territory you need to first put claims on the territory you want, and then use the "conquer" casus belli to start the war. If you start the war because you want to convert the enemy's government type like they always did then the territory they conquer will still be mine after the war, as that was not why they started the war :3
Indeed. Those ships however are mostly strong against singular targets. If you have a fleet of a metric ton of small cruisers those ships will have a bit more of a problem :3

I also watched the first 6 eps of seiken no blacksmith :3

Yeah. It seemed like it could be pretty interesting because it mentioned in the summary that you don't need words to tell a story, which anime usually doesn't seem to understand, but unfortunately the stories this show tells would be boring with voices too :3

An anime without voice acting doesn't have to be that difficult. Anime tends to over narrate things they could just show you. Like when a character is upset, why is there a need tell us? :3

Only if first, they know the person, and secondly, it's actually posted in the newspaper. Most people rightfully don't feel the need to publically announce that in the newspaper, let alone the date/time and location of the funeral itself :3

Yep it does, it also has a website with local news. Oh and in the village we actually also some kind of newspaper, but that's only two sites usually :3

Doing good, started Saekano yesterday as I said, that episode 00 was full of nice fanservice. Michiru still obviously best girl, even though Utaha is fun to watch as well. And since that's a rather calm school series, I also started Ao no Exorcist for some action. First two episodes were okay, I hope it will get better once he enters that academy :3

This town seems to be pretty popular. There's also other towns around here that are much cheaper, and the nearby city probably being the cheapest. That's however because nobody wants to live there :3
