| What do you guys think about an Osu! tournament? I've just started to play Osu! and I'm really enjoying it so I thought having an Osu! tournament every 3 month would be great :3 |

One of those thing is mostly to make a huge poll for the vocaloid song of the year (I'll start by making a club archive thread to stock all the songs that came out in 2018 for that). Next I also wanted to make a thread to share with people their Osu! and eventually making some sort of Osu! tournament. The discord chat is for when we'll get at least 1000 members. |

Do I have to post the cards somewhere else first/share them with an admin? Or can I just go ahead and make the thread for it? @Micsupreeme I think it'd be fun to have joint editions for big events/holidays, so feel free to @ me or message me about editions you plan to make! | Hey guys, it might be silly to ask as a club owner (I'm still a newb lol) do you guys know what are exactly "claim threads"? Thank you for answering (^^'') Edit: Right now, I'm working on a black rock shooter layout, so I hope you guys will enjoy it (i'ts pretty basic, tho). Also I wanted to thank you guys, you all did a excellent job for this October : not only @Micsupreeme for the club banner and the cards, but also @Phraze and @BackToThe2013 for the invitation, and also @ownitlikeaboss for their great Ai kotoba cards (and also for a few other stuff). Anyways, I hope you all have a happy Halloween (I'm on travel right now so I can't really celebrate it right now ༼ಢ_ಢ༽ ) Thanks again ^^ |

So it's stuff like claiming a certain character, or a certain show or something. You can do yours however you want though, they don't have to have the exact same text as mine. I'll def do the voca cards More like I've already done them lol I'll choose from a few UTAUs that I'm familiar with. I'll most likely have them done by next week, so I think we can open it then if that's okay with you. But honestly any time during November also works. |

| Huh... so, I think it was a bout time we make the OMC/OMB for the club, yet before that I wanted to create a new job for newsletters. Also I think I'm gonna make an actual "cafe chat" since I'm just planning to shared the vocaloid discord for the club. Also I really need to finish that vocaloid challenge of mine yet I want to reward those who finished the challenge (I don't know maybe a 3 card claim pass of cards based of their favorite vocaloid songs). Speaking of claims... do you guys think you'll be ready if I make one? |

[Amount of work: medium] I think we should fairly soon do both OMC and OMB so there's flexibility :) I want to do the most popular VOCAs and UTAUs and maybe also have a custom image option. [Amount of work: small] Cafe chat sounds good, a friendly place for general discussion :) [Amount of work: large] Challenges I look forward too! What if challenge winners get some kind of pass, harder challenges have a "15" tokens pass, medium challenges "10" tokens and easy challenges "5" tokens. Then there's an exclusive card edition that you need to spend tokens to claim from? (High value cards (say 25 tokens) will probably be .gifs) ^To do this we actually need challenges ofc Also people can have "challenge complete" things to add to their profile, I made this earlier as an example:  [Amount of work: medium] Claims, how do you want them to work? I can't find many examples on MAL so I don't know what to prepare lol |

| Since it was your idea @ownitlikeaboss I think you should have the honour :) My intro banners have the dimensions: 690 pixels wide, 370 pixels tall, hope that helps. @Hlodwigoat sama, I started designing Official Member Badges (OMB) as you suggested OMC OMB above, I sent some designs in a private message ;) I haven't touched Official Member Cards (OMC) and since we have 2 card makers it would make sense for @ownitlikeaboss to look into that some time, maybe? idk? :D I just presume that there should only be 1 OMC and 1 OMB per member, but correct me if i'm wrong. Let's open up the discussion regarding OMC OMB :3 |

I mostly plan to change the Introduction cafe to a plain introduction thread so that I can make an actual chat cafe and I wanted to find some good image for the 2. |
