| @Oobidies For example, if the account was used only for spam/trolling/breaking rules then you can have the username without requiring any other criteria. To check this criteria, just ask me here which account you have in mind. |

@Tensho Alright. I suppose my account name I had in mind probably wouldn't count. It was a name that was freed up and by the time I was going to change mine to it, some other account changed to it. The account hasn't been active since and is completely empty, so I'm assuming it was just used to take it. I can name and link it in another post if it would still fall under the requirement that I posted before, but otherwise I could wait for the other requirement for 3 months of inactivity.
