It fits perfectly, but I don't like it. That backstory trope is starting to become more and more common these days so it feels like a huge waste to see it on character with potential, without at least adding or taking away big parts to the trope. Well I dunno if you mean from LN spoilers, but she definitely seems like the main love interest from the anime alone. That is if we're going with the heroine archetypes, which this anime feels like it's going to follow. Sakura has no chance, honestly - she's just the meek one getting help. She's a 'support' character for a reason. Between Kushida and Kurikita, who are both listed as 'mains', Kurikita is still more likely because of the way MC has been acting around her and such. Of course, if they were to go with Kushida instead, therefore not following the tropes, I'd be ridiculously impressed. Putting this and the backstory bits together, I wouldn't be surprised if Kurikita starts snooping around MC-kun's life, finds out his backstory eventually, has some emotional moment with him concernig his backstory, gets her Dere Flag switched in the mean time, then proceeds to switch MC-kun's Dere Flag. Medetashi, medetashi. Exactly. It's interesting. Especially because she doesn't seem like a bad guy, in and out of her appearane. Especially for Ayano, who's character is shrouded in mystery and in general is hard to read his true thoughts and feelings. Kushida isn't even part of his harem aparently. Its not much, but So it could be that Ayano didn't convert her or anything of the sort. Yeah, Touken is pretty rad. The battles are just pure eye candy and awesomeness. Sasuga ufotable. |

Again, I think you've misunderstood(unless I've interpreted your comment wrong). Backstory is fine and good and all. I just don't like the type of backstory that he might be getting. Kushida isn't even part of his harem aparently. Lol, I didn't even expect a harem. I thought it would be like Oregairu with 2 main girls and everyone else not being as important. That both the anime and LN have every character apart from Kushida, Kurikata and MC-kun as 'supporting' made me think that was how it would go. But I guess I wuz wrong. Her being out of the harem is also a breath of fresh air, so all's good. Its not much, but So it could be that Ayano didn't convert her or anything of the sort. Imma just wait and see. Don't wanna get confused before we even get there, lol. Yeah, Touken is pretty rad. The battles are just pure eye candy and awesomeness. Sasuga ufotable. The battles aren't the only eye candy. I didn't buy into the PR crap that it'd be good (even if the original Japanese creator says it's great!) so it completely disappeared off my mind til now lol. The meta is way too different from the time you left. Nobody play Relinquished or Harpie anymore. It's all about summoning high level monsters that won't stay dead or fucking fruit that use steroids . GX doesn't change the game much compared to 5Ds since they only try to make fusion a big thing. Elemental Hero is pretty fun to play. I reached Legend which is new rank that is below King of Games while staying f2p I'd say the game is still pretty balanced. |
