| Sentou Yousei Yukikaze 5 episode OVA series, concluded, no relations to other anime. This was a surprise find and I'm still a bit shook how such an interesting and well told story with exceptional artwork could be so underappreciated - just over 20k members, sitting at a mean score of 7.19. It's a military/sci-fi drama with plenty of action in the form of fighter jet dogfights on an alien planet. The tone is more seriou and it's an adult cast show. I am seeing a lot of parallels to Ghost in the Shell, especially the original movie. If you've enjoyed that one, maybe give Yukikaze a chance! |
