| Soren's doodlin': What is your approach to this game? Will you lurk or contribute when you can? The same as usual ^^, fuhk around for the first day, potentially 2. ( depending on wasted pressure and role ). Contribution will be when I'm around though this is in most cases not the best time compared to the mass of players and I avoid what I need to say if it's been done by that point in time. How do you feel about inactive players? Meh 50/50, it doesn't help nor ruin chances on the more experianced players and I'm not too concerned about the others that are just slack or bad at what they do ^^ If you are mafia, who would you kill tonight? Tonight more specifically I don't have anyone in particular to kill though I usually wouldn't opt for any high tier targets for the first couple of days. Though in this bigger game I'd probably hit one early ( day 2 ) and then leave them be till half way or so again ^^ Chances are I'd let one of the less experienced players make the call so as to throw people off a little, or just hit in-actives. How often do you expect to be on and posting? Some-what often, once again this will be thrown off due to time zones and how long the people doing my work prior to me being available lasts. How much experience do you have playing as a mafia role? Have you won any games where you was a mafia? A bit, though some patterns aren't quite on my side in these cases ^^ Usually find myself dead or at least a couple other scum going down very early in these games and having to play it on the back foot straight off the bat, though this is usually the more entertaining way to have it. A couple or so, but not in this club so much. *I also seem to meet Jack every time I'm scum or a role that is paired in some way ( lovers or a modification of ). What are your thoughts on mass claiming? Not particularly a fan of this, it usually only goes well at a set point in time but it's not always that easy to pinpoint this for each separate case/game. Easily backfires and is quite boring ^^ If you are townie, how would you play to ensure your victory? Staying alive and having a role I can use in the background without needing to reveal gained information from whatever method this might be until the endgame kicks in ^^ Alternatively acting anti-town is always a fun way to go. If you are mafia, how would you play to ensure that you win? Making myself or letting someone else have a lingering presence that will leave them as a likely lynch target for when town have nothing to go off, as opposed to using day/night phases for "saving" the rest of the scum. Being a mess with some of the choices to snake between actions, if this doesn't work after a few phases it would hopefully throw some of the towns actions off. Which players here do you think are the best liars/the ones who can manipulate others well? I'll leave this short ^^ Bryn - though this is mostly a potential player for others not quite myself, I like their style and seems easier to follow than others. But I eagerly wait to see it uses in a more entertaining way. Which players do you have the hardest time to read? Turtle - Though I think this might just be more of an early game thing. Hawkeye - Good at sitting around.... Don't even know if they are a Hawk. Nyancat - Dies good. Asunyan - Also a good sitter, usually don't have the role to read what is purely night actions and smiley faces. meruledaworld - Due to what are they even saying. Are you mafia? Which is generally the worst choice possible with that 100% chance of not killing scum off the bat and letting scum choose whoever they want without town roles picking up on some higher chance protection/investigation targets. |
