Fumiki Mizutani from Big Windup. I never tried weed but I wanna at least try it when I'm older (and old enough to smoke in general). Mizutani sounds, acts, AND looks like a stoner, I just know that bro HAS to be doing the Mary Jane a lot apart from baseball and school. Bro's clumsy too (most likely a stereotypical stoner trait), and he likes talking to girls (another stereotypical stoner trait). I mean... bro had to be a little high when he made that error with the game with Mihoshi 💀💀.
