I really wish that the anime had him whoop both at once. XD Then I might not have been bored. lol Caesar most likely will be with how fast they're going.

Oh, that CONDEMNATION confirms it. XD

Cute pic! Ichi is definitely cutest.

LOL, they sure are drinking Caesar's wine. Are they exploiting him or what? XD

Well, while I think it's Jeanne (since isn't it called Ran?), it does fit Caesar x Ichi too.

No Mitsu x Ichi = a good thing. That was one of the most forced thing I ever saw. I felt they could've too.

Caesar is only 19!? I thought he was at least in his 20s. Man! LOL

Oh my! She sure is a fangirl! XD

The lack of depth of the Round Table was disappointing.

Caesar definitely is older than Ichi, no doubt about it.

Caesar a known playboy and accomplish general at 19. Wow! (well, the historical one did become head of his family at 16).

Well in anime, the 'cool' characters are usually made to be a teenager even though its unrealistic (i.e shounen protags are usually 14-15 years old) for self gratification, Caesar being 19 is kinda young though, he claims to have fought countless wars and battles and he seems very mature

Not to mention he is 19, rules his own territory, has a place in the round table and based on the novel is like royalty in the west, has a cool white mecha that can shoot lasers, and has plenty of experience with women... sounds alot of achievement for 19 years old

I wouldve thought he is 24-25 but i guess its Japan... but he definitely is the older man in the relationship, tho

The ran ending is probably Jeanne, though there are some parallels in the song (she is a fangirl, she will pick at anything that can be linked to caesar/ichi)

There are some similarities between Nobu and Jeanne and Caesar and Ichi though...

Like both are from different stars and both died together

That's very true (Haha, yeah, they're at that "very" mature age XD). That countless battles line is really what gets me. Seriously how can a 19 have fought countless wars? XD He's very mature and knows his stuff.

That is seriously a LOT of achievements for a 19 year old. Really, when did he start with the women? Also on the Round Table he seemed the most ambitious and everybody seemed to know just how much.

That's was my guess, but I went with at least 21 knowing animes they are young, but still was high. XD Well, I do think Caesar is probably older than Nobu by at least a year (thought he was more, but being 19, yeah...)

(I know how crazy fangirls can be. Gotta roll my eyes at some of them. XD)

That is very true. Really, the LTs were mirrored, but opposites (Caesar & Himiko are the alpha types while Mitsu and Jeanne are... yeah. XD).

Yeah, Nobu and Jeanne died together... I kinda forget that as I was laughing through that part. It wasn't romantic with how it was. XD

I expect no less from Caesar! Epic! XD

And he's only 19? What age did he start to become a Casanova? *Imagines a 7 year old Caesar charming the ladies with his cuteness*

He's probably the youngest in the Round table? Probably gained the seat from his parents? Now, I would really be interested to know how he became part of the RT at such a young age.

Caesar just has that knack to be epic where others would sound cheesy. XD

LOLLOLOLOL, that image is hilarious! And I can so picture it. XD

He has to be youngest or one of the youngest. The closest in age has to be Borgia and Niccolo... I think Caesar has to have gained the seat himself as Arthur stopped the wars and became sole leader. I can't imagine the battles he's been in taking place after. And well, the historical Julius Caesar did go a through a lot at a young age (father died at 16, then a civil war with his uncle and rival. He was stripped of his inheritance and forced to go into hiding (the threat was lifted thanks to his mother's family). He was also captured by pirates once), just no way by the age of 19 that it ended and he had accomplished what this one has. XD

You forgot to mention all 4 died with the same soundtrack playing in the background XD. Yeah, he definitely is the youngest in the roundtable. Well, back in those days you did have to mature early.

I barely found out that they are gonna have the fan appreciation event on 12/7/14. Damn, that's a long ways from now considering the anime ended in June. The last dvd is releasing in November so I guess it kinda makes sense.

Oh, yes, they did. XD Didn't notice... maybe because I was laughing too much with Nobu/Jeanne's. XD Indeed, people did. I wouldn't be surprise if Ichi is 16.

In December? Oh well, that makes sense then. Guess the Fool stuff will last at least a year. XD

The manga is our only hope, but sadly I doubt it would... And if they ever did an OVA it would probably focus on Nobu/Jeanne after the epilogue.

Its not unrealistic in anime, take Valvrape , you have 15 year old kids being the savior of the world piloting mechs, or buddy complex, where the protag is 14-15 and fights in the world war that is taking place...

Machiavelli is an old hag, probably 30+, some of the backgrounds might be found in the web novels that i havent bothered to read though, not that its just a fangirl mentioning he is 19 according to the booklet, so IDK if its accurate

Him being a playboy at 19 isnt that unbelieavable, in shoujo or shounen mangas, there are casanovas who are in high school at 15-16
The fan appreciation event is in 12 July, its not that far off from the end of the anime... its not in december

I dont know.. why would i care? since im not going there

The booklet is an official product along with the DVD box, it is accurate, but since it was only mentioned by a fangirl, it could be wrong, thats what i was saying

I just realized that from the time in ep 21 when caesar and Ichi reunited to the end when they died, it took about exactly 2 minutes.. they really shouldve given them more time

That would really be nice! If it were to happen, hopefully the Japanese fans are pro-Ichi x Caesar and would ask the seiyuus to do a scene with these two *wishful thinking*

The vent states the character designer and producer will be there, and they will be answering questions blabla, idk about seiyuus, but tbh seiyuus are only good for the voice acting, i have 0 interest in seeing them in person

As far as the DVD boxes goes, im considering collecting it just for the booklet, but its very expensive, like 8000 yen per set and there is 8 sets so it would be like 64000 yen , to buy everything is really expensive

That said i would defo buy the sets with ep 10-12 13-15 19-21 and maybe 16-18, they have my favorite episodes

I'm starting my study in Japan in september and by that time the prices may have dropped

Exactly!!! I so want to be able to see this if they bring up a Ichi X Caesar live reading. Considering how the like to screw with Mitsu I can't imagine them not poking fun at Sakurai XD.

I'll definitely buy the dvd's if I lived there. My only option is ordering online and deal with the annoying shipping uhh.

But if they did skits while pretending to be the charas that would be interesting. Well, just Caesar/Ichi and poking fun a Mitsu. XD

For the seiyuus, I just like Caesar's I guess :D While waiting for Caesar's character song, I actually listened to other songs from the same VA and I dunno.. I just kind of liked his voice :P

If only they had a english option T_T.

As for the event on 7/12 it looks like the only ones that are gonna be attending are Eiichi Sato (Director), Marufuji hirotaka (character design), Yokoyama Masaru (music), Eguchi Kosuke (animation producer). Still it should be interesting to hear what they have to say about the show.

I'd like to know why they drew Caesar the way he is--- he's the most handsome of all the characters, IMO, and he started as a villain too (or maybe that's why? so that he wouldn't be hated so much when he switched sides?)

Caesar really had a very good VA.

Caesar is meant to be the 'guy we love to hate' character, he is handsome, he is strong, he is badass, he is a jerk, he looks down on his love rival, gets asspull powerups, steals the Love interest of the good guy, and wipes the floor with the good guys

In other words, lots of people will hate him, but deep inside, they would rather be like him rather than be like, for example Mitsu

All guys want to be as alpha as caesar, but when its someone else that is like that, they hate him, but deep inside, yeah

Well, most of the anime I watched it was actually very rare that the MC is the best looking in the anime. It's like J said Caesar is someone we are supposed to hate he killed Nobuhide and Shingen etc. but secretly want to be like XD. Plus he needed to be good looking if he wanted to woo Ichihime LOL.

Well Mitsu and his expressions are pretty ugly imo, so idk if Ichi cares that much about looks... that said compared to the only other guy she probably knew (saru), im guessing Mitsu was her only option lol

I cant say looks wasnt one of the reasons she was charmed by him though, in the web novel da vinci described caesars features as 'overflowing with mathematical beauty' after all... I guess Ichi just ticked the following boxes when she considered her feelings

Well that sums it up i think

It will be interesting to see what the character designer says as he loves to troll Mitsu. XD

Except, I loved Caesar from the moment he got in. Him coming it all dramatic and killing Nobuhide and then Shingen like he did made him more awesome to me. XD

Like how Saru was saying when they went out to fight together in ep 16. XD

Yeah, it is rare that the MC is. That is true, he had to be good looking for Ichihime. LOL And even da Vinci say Caesar was beautiful. XD

I think Mitsu was supposed to be good looking, but yeah, he was ugly with his expressions for sure. XD I doubt looks are the most important to Ichi too. Yeah, Mitsu was her only option. Hair flips or the one who looks and sounds like a monkey? LOL

That's high praise from da Vinci. XD

Yeah, that sums it up nicely.

IDK he is far from good looking in anime terms for me, he looks normal but his expressions and poses make him ugly

I was meh towards caesar at first, i expected him to be the 'first boss' and die early, so i was shocked when he wiped the floor with the good guys in ep 11 and actually got so far as to make Ichi his

Mitsu keeps secrets and does lots of secretive things (ordering ninja girls behind Nobus back multilple times), normally you would associate that with mysterious but..

That's why I said Mitsu's supposed to (his original chara design is drawn by Kazuki Yone, who is famous for her otome chara designs). XD This chara is supposed to be a tragic hero? LOL, nah, don't buy it.

I was expecting him to become an ally as he fit the type that does in mechas I have seen. XD

Oh yeah, that is indeed supposed to be mysterious. XD But with his open suffering, he kills it.

Mitsu in the final episodes was all over the place. In ep 19 I was for sure thinking he will betray Nobu to restore the clan. With that little mindf**k he had it looked like he was gonna do it for his clan, but in the end they made it that the reason he did it was for peace I mean WTF.

Caesar definitely did more for Ichihime then Mitsu could ever do for her. The wedding night must have been mindblowing XD. Hmm, I don't think Caesar was a psychopath he just didn't really care. I think everyone held Ichihime in high regard, Caesar just held her the highest.

Mitsu definitely cared about her almost to the Caesar level LOL... remember when he said "now that your gone there is no peace for me" or something like that in ep 22. He just couldn't bring himself to tell her. I'm even surprised that he didn't try to make a move on her after Caesar's talk with him in ep 17. Even though he clearly still had feelings for her. Which kind of brings it back to him choosing his duty over love. While Caesar chose love over duty.

I was surprised how cheery both of Caesar's songs sounded LOL.. I thought the first would have a more serious tone. While the second would be a more softer melancholy tune after reading the lyrics.

It would be quite a douche move by Mitsu even for his standards to make a move for her since she is married to the guy who saved his life, also even if he did she would reject him for sure, i would like to see that though

Why not just rewrite the 2-shot fanfic from Mitsus POV

I.E write the story from Mitsus perspective from the time Ichi got married and as she got closer to caesar to the point when she died

Hmm, good question I think he kind of was in a spell not as serious as Caesar's perhaps. I remember some viewers saying Caesar's mask was the thing that Arthur was using to manipulate Caesar, but who knows. As for Mitsu he was just all over the place in ep24.

BTW remember in ep 21 how Caesar's right hand and Ichi's left hand are touching in the end. I was looking at a high res shot of the last supper and it looks like they are holding each others hands like ep 21 ie Caesar's right hand and Ichi's left.

Really because i thought their hands are hidden under the table

BTW i downloaded OST 2 and the OST when caesar and ichi made the cake is called 'sprouting' or 'budding' im guessing its referring to the fact that they began developing proper feelings for each other in that scene, also its the only time in the show that OST is played i think
