Well, I'll go ahead and introduce myself.

Im Holsety, a 22 years old student, from the Netherlands . I'm kinda hoping that there are some people with similar tastes as mine since. I'm really into Psychological Thrillers mostly, but Some comendy can't hurt as well.

I hope that we will get along.

There's a type of B12 called hydroxocobalamin that's more expensive in the US since no brands sell it in doses higher than 2 mg. The one in the Netherlands is 10 mg so it's a lot cheaper (except that it costs a lot to ship to the US).

welcome organs!! (lol i know its orgens) i agree with lotus, that majoras mask is pretty dope. anyways looking at your list youve watched quite a few titles for someone who only started months ago.. first thing id like to point out is youve got attack on titan marked 14 episodes in. you know the last ep was a special recap and not an actual episode. its labled 13.5 or just 'recap'. but it seems youre into the whole psychological/dark anime. i see youve watched steins;gate but not chaos;head. i recommend you watch that title. also deadman wonderland, its my favorite finished anime and looking at your list i think youd enjoy it

Strange coincidence, I just stumbled onto this song:

(I seriously haven't played any other Zelda games. I rented Zelda for SNES and played it for a day or two, but that's it. I heard the name Majora's Mask, but didn't know what it was other than it was the name of the Zelda Game)

Hey everyone.

Cool site we got here. Love the list feature. Keeps track of all I've seen/want to see.

I've been aching for some good storytelling lately, and anime is always a good away to escape the western narrative. I wish my friends were open-minded enough to try some out with me, but they're not. At least I've got you guys right?

hi everyone,

Im not new in this club but i just though about introducing my self....
Im Steve-David and im from Greece. In 1 month im turning 23 years old and im happy for that :)
Currently i am studing in order to get my degree in Art History. I am very interested in japanese culture and art and this is also how i started watching anime as well.

Generally i try to be very strict in terms of scoring anime... the highest scores are given in anime which i admire due to the greatest aesthetic experience that i get by watching them. :)

There's also some clubs that have instructions on making signatures, and even some where people might make a signature for you

welcome morphius! i think youre talking about avatars and signatures, you must be new to forums :D its not too hard for an avatar, just find a picture on the internet and go to the 'edit your profile' part. signatures are a little different though, i had my friend in another forum make mine. told her specifically what i wanted and BAM, it came out perfect. it all depends on how good you (or whoever is making it) are at photoshopping and stuff like that

Love Trigun. Both the humor and action just tickle me pink. Also love the themes. I wish it got a full running.

My favorite thing about Miyazaki is the way he balances good and evil. There's never an overarching, "pure" evil villain, and the protagonist is always very human/layered as well. Quite different from the Disney counterpart.

Hi, my name's Kyle. I started watching anime a little over a year ago. When i was in high school I never saw any appeal in anime, but I'm glad i kept an open mind about it because there is some really great stuff out there. I just finished my junior year of college, and I'm studying English; however, I recently decided to take a semester off. I turned 21 a few months ago, I'm from central PA, and I would love to travel, especially within the United States. My favorite things in life are friends, family, music, sports, anime, the outdoors, and just having a good time.

I love old and new anime. There's something about older anime that makes it very respectable. There's also a lot of promising new material that looks very crisp. My two favorites are "Beck" and "Golden Boy." They were both influential in my life, and I highly enjoyed watching them.

@Mori no: Welcome. I'm also a fan of Haruhi Suzumiya. Too bad the second season was disappointing. There's still more manga/novels? that haven't been animated, but I don't know if that will happen or not considering the 2nd season's failure.

@Timshel: Yeah, I found out recently that the Trigun manga continues after the anime ends. I'm not really interested in reading manga now, but I plan to read it at some point. There's some other good Ghibli movies besides Spirited Away. I didn't see any others on your list unless you haven't gotten around to adding them to your list yet.

I appreciate the forewarning, but its safe to say that I've already seen the light, thanks to anime like K-On!, Aria, Tamyura, Girls und Panzer, Natsume Yuujinchou, and The iDOLM@STER. But you know, I haven't quite overlooked the dark side either. What you guys got on Monster, Texhnolyze, GitS: SAC, Shinsekai Yori, Ergo Proxy, and Kokoro Connect?

2 vs. 1 so far (or 3 if you guys can recruit NightSkyBlue)? Bring it! lmao You guys are better off competing for 2nd place...

I'm kidding, but you guys know me. I thrive on the heat and love the challenge and adversity. And everything's fair game in 20+.

Not fully sure what you are talking about, but feel free to recruit me if it means joining the !!!!!!!!!!!Shounen!!!!!!!!!!! and unique art style crew! I couldn't stand One piece at first because of the art. Thank goodness I got over that. The only art style that I still dislike though is 3D CG. Only initial D has done a good job at translating that to anime so far IMO.

Hi everyone my name is ryan. I'm in college right now just aiming for my associates degree in liberal arts. When I was a kid I used to watch DBZ on tv (who didn't..?). That was the only anime I ever saw when I was young. When I was 19 (sometime last year) my little brother tried to get me to watch DBZ again. I was skeptical, why would I watch a show that I watched when I was a kid. He then managed to get me to watch the first episode and I was hooked. At that point I started realizing that I'm missing out, anime is awesome! Since then I started watching some more anime, slowly branching out. Most anime I've watched seems to be pretty mainstream and popular but I am very open to new anime. Right now I'm watching the Hunter x Hunter (2011) and it's entertaining me. I joined this forum because none of my friends will give anime a shot so I wanted to meet some people to talk about anime with!

Hey. I'm new on this site too and don't know anyone here, but I first started watching anime a couple of years back, though was never that into it at first. I really prefer a lot of the 'darker' series I've seen. At the moment, I've gotten myself hooked on hack//sign, though it took quite a while at first to become interesting. And of the currently airing shows, Danganronpa is my favourite. :)

Wow, everyone else has so much to say haha. I think mine's gonna be fairly short.

Hi!! I'm Eva :) I'm 21 (in October - just barely made it haha) and I'm Canadian. Yay Canada!! I'm an accounting major, in my last year of school. SO SCARED TO ENTER THE REAL WORLD.

I only recently got into anime. Obviously, when I was little I used to watch Sailor moon, and Dragonball Z and Inuyasha and Pokemon and Digimon. But I feel those are different because they were dubbed and on Canadian television lol. In middle school I got into anime a little bit. I remember reading Fushigi Yuugi and loving it. But after I went to highschool, I didn't bother with anime and the irony is that all my friends were in the anime club and some of them went on to actually become coordinators and leaders in the anime club LOL.

But my brother got me into Naruto a couple years ago and ever since then, I've wormed my way into the anime life lmao.

(guess it wasn't so short after all lol)

@Pekopon I played all of those! Right now I'm going through Xenoblade, which is definitely a great story. My next RPG will likely be FF13 Lightning Returns. Are you playing through anything right now?

Kinda @evaluv And the best part about post school is being "free". Unrestricted by the rules of living in somebody else's house (if you moved out), not having to share a kitchen <---***my personal number 1 favorite thing***, and of course no homework. That being said, your job can affect the quality of your life if it sucks and overworks you. So you gotta find something good.

@evaluv Hah, well having a part time job is a great starting position. Honestly, I would live with my mom right now if it was closer to work, and if I didn't have to share a Kitchen with her or clean up after any of her house. I would be saving so much money! Ugh.
--Oh, and Demon Souls came before Dark Souls. Demon souls was probably harder than Dark souls.
