| So far I messaged about 5 people from our club, but only Rainbow_heart and Mah_Marina said that they would be able to be banner makers, the others haven't replied and I sent a message to my friend asking if she would want to, tho she isn't online atm... Nozila do u mean that we should make a sister club for the claim club? or two clubs doing the same thing? @__@ confused... |

Isn't that what u suggested to have a sister club? and yeah i suppose your right there isn't much thread space, although all we really need is the space for the claim threads and the newer matches, that should be fine...so i don't think theres any point in making a new club....well we could make the forum private, on the current club, if we wanted, though what would that allow us to do? |

| We could just make those things sticky, and so if you looked at all the post those things would be at the top. I think we would have enough space. You only need the claim thread, what has been claimed thread, and made banners thread for the actual claim a vampire stuff. |

| I think your right, we should keep it as the same club, we were always going to do that anyways, and then make those things sticky like you said... also thank you Alwerien that'll be a really great help! ^_^ I also got another banner maker, Hikaridawn, so that makes 5, that should be enough...also we're starting with just anime/manga vampires for now aren't we? and if there aren't enough for people to claim, then we could start moving on to vampires outside of it, but i think keeping it simple at first is best...at least till we got the basics sorted out. All we really need in the threads are: claim thread: rules, the format we want the claims to be in, so like Nameof character you want to claim: anime/manga its from: If u want a banner made: picture you want on the banner: Then in the claimed vampires list: a list of the members and the vampires they claimed and then a note saying that they shouldn't write a reply to that thread. Then just 'this is where the banners will be poster' in the banner thead, it doesn't take that long to do... Although we do need to sort out the rules for them though, i think it should be: 1) A vampire can only be claimed once 2)Check the lists and the forum to see if the vampire you want has been claimed 3)First come, first serve, so if people accidentally chose the same vampire tice, the person who claims it first gets the vampire 4) The claim should be written in the format i wrote above and i think thats all the preperation we'd really need to do...but if anyone thinks of a better format or rules, then suggest it, co i only wrote them quickly as a basic idea ^_^ |

In the Claim an Anime Couple club, they have something like this (I altered it a little to fit for this claim thread): Last name, First name: Anime/Manga they're from: Banner?: Image: Just a suggestion. The 'image' part is where people provide an image of the person they want to claim. All of those link back to character profile pages, or the anime profile page...I don't know if you want to do that. Example: Last name, First name: Kuran, Kaname Anime/Manga they're from: Vampire Knight Banner?: Yes please~ Image: I also support Alwerien's suggestion. ^^ At least 100 posts needed for a claim? Edit: One more thing to add to the rules...the image should be placed under a spoiler tag to avoid lagging the thread. |

| I believe Tsubamex said we have 5 banner makers? When I put in the 'image' part, it was really to provide an image of the character for reference rather than as the image you wanted in your banner. Thinking it over, it would probably be better if we included an image we wanted in the banner, wouldn't it? Try to help out the banner makers as much as possible. ^^ On a side note, just to make sure, can we make our own banners? |

Yep, I agree, they have to be in spoiler tags or else the size of the posts just get stupid. Thats a good format, I reckon it should be like that...and thats about it, the only majrt rule that should be there is that an image has to be provided and one vampire for one member, first come first serve and use that format. As I said i'm not sure exactly when it will be started i messaged the club too early and i didn't know that the other officers were still hesitant....so I'm really sorry i messaged people with the wrong info, it shouldn't be too long though... |

| O.O What the? You're too fast! Not yet! I said! The rules aren't polished, they need better wording and I need to make sure of the format, we're all going to be needed for the first few hours coz of all the doubles we're likely to get. especially for abel and kaname.... also its not really fair on people to make it so out of the blue like this, we need to give a chance to people who aren't online yet...so don't post them yet. I think we spuld make a set time which we will be putting them up and message the members about this. They should be made officers not admins. That'll be better I think, make it easier as batmanfreak said what time do you think? and i think it should go up tomorrow. |
