What do you get when China tries to distribute anime?

Well, maybe only Chinese fansub groups. But then again America might get some ideas from this. :(

Sounds good to me. I know piracy is a pain, but at least this will help cut down on some of the crap. But the one thing that irks me is a lot of fake stuff is sold in china, so either this is a step in the right direction(better anime sales, profits etc), or this is a pretty subtle oxymoron.

Hmm... maybe good, maybe not good. I actually DO rely on Chinese fansubs, especially since my government has shut down megaupload and related streaming sites. I could use torrents, but I don't really trust them due to viruses and stuff. What I'm nervous about is that China will now make it so that no one outside of China can view anime on their sites, which would be bad for me. I frequently go to tudou (a Chinese video sharing website, like youtube) for my anime, and already, I can't watch Amagami SS Plus because the message claimed that it was already licensed in China. All the other ones work just fine, though. I'm nervous that all anime from Chinese websites will soon have this message. Bleh.

Oh well, maybe it might do some good for the anime industry if China steps up. Or not. Who knows?

Thanks, person who gave me this on another site a long time ago, lol.
