The official website of the Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi (Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister) television anime announced five supporting cast and the ending theme on Sunday. The anime series adapting Marcey Naitou's romantic comedy manga will air in 24 episodes beginning October 2 at 12:00 a.m. on TV Tokyo's six stations and BS NTV.

Cast
Yomiko Tsukigami: Yui Horie (Saihate no Paladin)
Miemon Kitashirakawa: Kouji Yusa (Undead Unluck)
Mitsuko Umenoki: Ayasa Itou (Teppen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Makoto Takeda: Haruka Shiraishi (Kage no Jitsuryokusha ni Naritakute!)
Karen Matsugazaki: Natsuko Abe (Kami no Tou: Ouji no Kikan)

The ending theme "Kimi ni Koi wo Musunde" will be performed by the Amagami sisters—Asahi Amagami, Yae Amagami, and Yuna Amagami—by their respective cast Shion Wakayama, Sumire Uesaka, and Kaede Hondo.

Yuujirou Abe (Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Bakuen wo!) is directing the anime at Drive. Yasuko Aoki (Kami Kuzu☆Idol) is handling the series composition and Haruko Iizuka (Horimiya) is designing the characters. Ryou Kawasaki (Romantic Killer) and Tomoyuki Kono (Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji) are composing the music.

Naitou originally posted the manga as a one-shot as part of Weekly Shounen Magazine's competition in December 2020. The one-shot received the most votes and began serializing in the magazine in April 2021. Kodansha published the 16th volume on August 16, with the 17th volume planned for an October 17 release.

Kodansha USA licensed the manga for digital release in English in January 2022. The 14th volume was released on July 2, with the 15th volume scheduled to be released on November 5..
