its blend b/w 3D zombies and 2D denji body

Blades are all 2D you can see smears

These are only CGI scenes in the last fight

pretty much the entire fight was 2d. which means things people were complaining about were mostly character acting. besides those 2 scenes

When CGI is used and when is not doesn't even matter to me.

The art was really good but when it comes to animation it was mediocre in my opinion

some of these were probably rotoscoped. there's a lot of heavy movement when then he is chopping up some of the zombies on the way to kill the devil. you'll notice that him swinging his arms pulls his body along with him like he's not used to the weight of them yet.
