Why is no one talking about this

I looked everywhere and it really feels like no one is talking about this, and yea i know, blood plus is an old show. But come on.
So here is my point, Ive watched like 6 episodes now, and it really feels like this show has taken a lot of inspiration from resident evil.
The american government creating a virus that turns people into monsters.
underground vault base, where they testet the serum, things went wrong and everyone at the base got killed and or turned into more monsters.
Monsters can infect other people by scratching them.
it just really felt like episode 6 was the exact same thing as the first resident evil movie.
oh and as a watcher of subbed blood plus, the subs sucks, in the term that they are dead wrong most of the time, horrible.
"dad" she says in Japanese. translation "i can't move".
i'm like wtf. stop with just translating it to what ever you think it should have said.
(the first resident evil game came out 1996, and the first blood manga, came out 2006)
ps no hate, love both media, just found it funny.
