| Best all around would maybe be Saber from Fate/Stay Night. In terms of looks, I wouldn't say these girls are the best, but I would like to give a shout out to Rozen Maiden for the beautiful designs of the seven dolls :3 |

| As far as looks go... probably tear from tales of the abyss. As far as personality goes, its gotta be akira takano from school rumble. Quiet, cunning, with a slightly vindictive side. Always quietly pushing people into starting fights or getting together, usually helping them kind of, but mostly for her own enjoyment. Plus she fights crime as a secret agent |
