Any recommendations for any sweet/cute yuri anime/manga? Nothing gross, but a bit of ecchi I wouldn't mind, much rather something 'classy' like Girl Friends or Sasameki Koto. :D

Aoi Hana, Blue Drop, Kannazuki no Miko, Yami to Boushi to Hon no Tabibito, and Strawberry Panic.
Hope you can find something you like from these!

edit: Candy Boy is sweet too, if you give it a chance.

Aoi Hana is classy. I will third and tenth and thousandth it anytime.

Everything Otsu Hiyori, especially the anthology Clover. Morishima Akiko also has some really cute stuff, including anthologies Rakuen no Jouken and Ruriiro no Yume. I like Hanjuku Joushi best, but it does have sex.
GirlxGirlxBoy is an unusually sweet love triangle.
For You, My Beloved and Off Time are sweet but more enduring oneshots about adults.
ALSO seconding Strawberry Shake Sweet. Hilarious and cute.

honestly not watched much anime that is yuri, although I have read a few mangas...
aoi hana was a good solid yuri, as long as you were not hoping for any hardcore girl on girl... :P
