| I watched a bit of Pokemon and Sailor Moon, but my two first TRUE anime loves were Digimon and Princess Mononoke. I was absolutely obsessed with those two. (Well, I still am with Princess Mononoke, lol) |

| I gotta say, Pokemon did quite an amazing job of converting scores of people to the world of anime. My little sister was into it, so I watched a bit of it at times. (That and Hamtaro... which was a little frightening.) I think the first anime I was really into though was Trigun, during high school. I remember setting up the VCR every night to tape the next episode on Adult Swim, and then watching it twice the next day. I was always so stoked for the next episode. Television with a continuing plotline! I was so very, very amazed. |

| Pokemon. It was hot shit on wheels when it came out when I was in 3rd grade. I'd get up early in the morning on school days to watch the new episode every day. I remember a girl who brought a huge stack of around 100 or more Pokemon cards to school and they all got confiscated. |
