| So, I recently joined the site, and while adding anime to my list, I recalled lots of shows I watched when I was a kid. Stuff like Captain Tsubasa (Super Campeones), Saint Seiya (Caballeros del Zodiaco), Pokemon, Digimon, etc. were broadcasted on my local TV channels here in Mexico. But, as a child, I didn't saw them 'till the end and/or missed some episodes, and I don't know whether to add them to my list or not, since I don't remember exactly where I left some of them... So, what anime did you guys watch in your childhood? Did you add them to your list? Cheers! |
| Oh jeez, Digimon, I watched an episode of that as a child and RECORDED TONS OF TAPES which I proceeded to never watch because I caught my first episode of Dragon Ball Z around the same time; I never looked back. Thus began my true anime obsession. I watched Speed Racer and stuff, and Ronin Warriors, which I strangely still remember pretty well, so I added it. =) I'd add Pokemon, but...I just...can't stand it anymore. O_o |

| I think all or almost the animated things were anime: [list Maybe there were more, but I don't remember if I saw them or not. Anyway, isn't it enough?! Believe me, there are much more, but I didn't watch them all (as Peter Pan, Digimon and so on). Once upon a time (When I was a child) there was only 1 channel for children. There wasn't Nikolodio, Disney and God knows what! You also could see in the morning and early noon progrems for children in other channel. Well, in the channel for children (How breiliant: The channel of children) has or animated progremms (Most of them anime, today as well) or something orginal, but not a cartoon. There weren't a lot of thing of teengagers (I think), instead late it was a channel for adults only. |
