Searching a specific type of romance-anime

First of all, i want to tell you that i'm aware of the fact, that there are actually lots of threads like this one here, but trust me, i've almost seen them all and most of them don't satisfy me.

Second I want to excuse my english because its not my native language.

To give you a taste what I'm looking for I want to tell you the romance-animes which i liked the most:
- Spice and Wolf II
- Kaze no stigma
- Toradora
- Lovely Complex

They all have one thing in common - at least one of the main characters (e.g. Spice and Wolf II -> Holo, Kaze no Stigma -> Yagami, Lovely Complex -> Both) is always - preferably subtile - teasing the another and arrogant BUT not in a bad way --> it supports the teasing part.

To sum it up
What I want:
- Teasing/Flirting main character
- Arrogance
- Supernatural

What I DONT want:
- Action (a bit is OK)
- Harem
- Childish artwork

Edit:
One of the main-character should be a supernatural being like in Spice and Wolf.
But its ok if its not the case.

Crest of Stars Series is kinda what your looking for, it's alot like Spice and Wolf. But it's a Space Opera, so there are space ship battles and what not, but it's pretty worth watching.

Paradise Kiss might be what your looking for too.

It doesn't think, it doesn't feel, it doesn't laugh or cry..... All it does from dusk till dawn is make the soldiers die.

Damn, Full Metal Panic! pretty much meets all those criteria, I mean, it's exactly like Kaze no Stigma. But it's got a lot of action sequences, although one of the seasons (FMP: Fumoffu) is pure comedy, but you might not get it without the backstory. Maybe watch the first episode or two of FMP, and then watch Fumoffu, and then you'll only have to deal with 1 action scene in the first minute of the first episode.

Oh, and Kanon 2006 is another good show that I think you'd like, but it's kind of a harem, but it's not the typical "OMG I ACCIDENTALLY SAW YOU NAKED LOL" type of harem, but rather, it's just that the main character happens to have several female friends.

Clannad will fit those requirements. It is similar to Kanon(2006) where the guy happens to have several friends who are female. There is a supernatural aspect but the character only know of it as a legend... that's all I'm gonna say...

bookkid - thank you for your recommendation but ive already seen it.

nmanguy - you were right with pure comedy, but it actually didnt meet all those criteria (e.g. >teasing< wasnt meant in a retarded way like Sagara is subconsciously doing xD)
but i enjoyed it

Oh... I see you meant the "other" type of teasing. I thought instantly of Kaname being a total hardass whenever Sagara screws up, but I see now.

Kamisama Kazoku
Zero no Tsukaima
Shakugan no Shana
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi
Fruits basket
Seto no Hanayome

Some have more romance than others but there is an element of romance in each.

The following don't have a fantasy element but a strong romance element.
Itazura no kiss
Skip Beat
Nodame Cantabile

Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora.

A short anime(6 episodes) with very good romance and set in a hospital. The female lead teases the male lead and is pretty arrogant. There is a subtle supernatural aspect

The is very little action, almost none really. No harem at all. Artwork isn't crisp, but its not childish.

Thanks a lot... but (^^) I've actually watched most of the animes you recommended (Shakugan no shana, Seto no Hanayome, Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, ...)
And yeah they met the expectations. But i need some more.

How should I put it - its actually the teasing part in romance animes which i love so much.. hmm. best examples would be Kaze no Stigma (the male main-char), Toradora (female main-char) or Lovely Complex (male..). Btw. I forgot to mention that I actually care about the characters as much as the story itself. So simply any romance anime would not work :P
Maybe I am too specific =\

You will almost definately like Skip Beat. Although I should mention although they have finished the first season, the anime itself is not finished yet. Zero no Tsukaima is very much like Shakugan no Shana.

I will continue watching this thread with interest.
