| Elfen lied has bullying parts, where the main character was bullied when she was a child. Thats about all i can think of. |
| There is Big Windup. The only thing is that the main character has low self-esteem not entirely due to bullyig, but more so due to being hated and ignored by his middle school peers. Though I'm curious to ask, why it is you want to know of an anime about bullying? |

| - Great Teacher Onizuka - Hokuto no Ken - Sakigate!! Cromartie High - Yu-Gi-Oh! ...all of these are based around bullying, but HnK is the only one of those that doesn't mostly take place at school. |
