| Please, no ironic posts. Someone recently posted a very graphic photo of a Jeffrey Dahmer polaroid involving one of his slain victims. This was on another forum. I'm no stranger to gore and I won't say it was "traumatizing", but good lord did it make me nauseous. I can't get that bloody image out of my head. I won't describe what I suspected the site to be, but the thought of what it could have been has haunted me for years. How many people honestly want to look at that every time they want to hear your music, really? And there are tamer versions of this kind of thing that actually do employ some creativity. Like Geto Boys "We Can't Be Stopped" or Death Grips "The Money Store", but even Death Grips provides a censored version for the more squeamish. It's dumb. |
