| I'm pretty sure all of TLRD will eventually be animated. Xebec has a good track record of making sequels (as they've already proven with this series) and it's very popular in Japan so I don't see why it wouldn't. Next season should probably be late 2017 or maybe early 2018, though they'll probably keep making OVAs out of the bonus chapters of the manga continuously as they've been doing for many years already now Hiroto_Kiyama said: Given that TLRD is a monthly manga I don't think there'll be enough content to warrant that many episodes with every new season nowadays. It'd just catch up to the manga too quickly if so. | I'm sure it will. I may be in the minority here, but what I really would like is if one day Xebec decided to take all of the OVAs from across all the seasons and start compiling them into a sort of re-mastered 1080p BD version. They're only in low resolution because they get released with the manga. And watching it once over in that shit 480-576p is fine, but seeing them in masterful HD BD quality would just be so much more satisfying, especially if you archive shows. |
