| Hey everyone! I’m on the hunt for a good horror manga, manhwa, or webtoon that really delivers the chills and keeps me on edge. I’m not looking for psychological horror, but more of the classic “ghosts, monsters, shapeshifters, etc.” kind of vibe. Something that has a survival or escape element to it would be awesome. I also don’t mind gore (as long as it’s not too over-the-top). Here are some examples of what I’ve read and liked: Sweet Home – Absolutely loved it, this is exactly the kind of vibe I’m after. But more "Horrory" HIVE and Leviathan – Really enjoyed these! I didn’t exactly consider them "horror," but I like the survival aspect and the tense atmosphere. Mieruko-chan – I liked it, but it felt more funny than scary, so I wouldn’t call it true horror for me. Everything is Fine – This one wasn’t for me. So, I’m looking for something with a creepy, thrilling, and survival-oriented story—where the main characters are trying to escape or survive in a terrifying situation. I'm also aware of Bastard and Pigpen. Read them also. But found Sweet Home kinda better. Would love to hear your recommendations! Thanks in advance |
