| That was a whole-ass 60 minute class yet I don't feel quite the same release I normally do after doing yoga :/ I guess the video was too easy despite its length, I didn't get to work up a sweat or anything at all. Tomorrow I'll have to pick something faster-paced, shorter yet more rigorous instead of longer but relaxed... hmm. I paid for the yoga instructor's membership. She's doing live classes daily starting in January. I see myself joining maybe half of those but I still think it will be fun!
