Can smell a troubled production, or a potentially failing plot with a promising start, dunno why but the first thing that comes to mind is Golden Kamui. Hope it turns out to be a decent enough series
| @TheRealRouges I thought of Ninja Kamui, actually, where the trailers and previews looked promising but the show apparently fell off after a few episodes (I haven't seen it yet myself, though). Both dark and violent action/sci-fi Adult Swim projects made by celebrated directors. With Uzumaki's recent fall from grace, I'm just even more skeptical of this one now, sadly... |

| Looks nicely animated though I am not sure on the colour palette where the backdrops feel too bright to my tastes. I like the music.
