At this point, i noticed already midway through i had to look for the plot by previous comments because broadcast order is the best one for me compared to chronological, so something odd (even odder, considering the show's standards) had to happen like Itsuki Koizumi being introduced out of hyperspace or Yuki suddenly without glasses. completely forgot that baseball board game and it can be interesting to play after all. Kyon went to "this picking up players is totally random" to "wait, Asahina has a female friend? i'm interested" sooooooo quickly. Also, "teenagers", commenting the baseball players attracted by nurse Mikuru while he's all over her himself to begin with. And after all, they have taste, considering they blush at Haruhi too at least after the cheerleader wardrobe change. At least until those weird moves trying to cheer Mikuru. Foreshadowing by Koizumi and "classified info", can't tell more honestly. And then Yuki cheats, becomes OP and starts the comeback. But... the best moment was watching Haruhi switching from angry staring to sweet smiling like she did. So. Damn. Beautiful. (just a little suggestion... play hoops instead of either version of football, more entertaining and less number of players required). |
